Through the underbrush the woman made her way, cream paws sinking into fresh snowfall. The cold biting through her thick fur onto rough pads that had seen plenty of wear, especially over these past weeks. Behind the thick foliage of pine trees the sun was sinking away, dragging away what light it had to offer through cloud coverage. And Eliza dreaded another night alone, she didn't like being by herself as it was. And now she would spend another nightfall in these eerie woods doing just that. The usual cheery girl was dressed in distress from what was to come. She was cold, and just plain creeped out by this place, a heavy sigh came to fall from her lips ears dropping wearily as she gazed into the ever darkening trees.

"I don't want to..." she murmured hopelessly, her eyes shifting to scan for some kind of place to call home for the night. But there was nothing, shelter evading her at every turn. So she'd have to settle for a cold night against the base of one of these trees, with a huff she turned, finding the best one she could. She began to dig than, pushing away as much of the snow as she could manage until she found the cold earth below. Still better than getting wet and possibly freezing to death.

Another sigh fell from her maw, reluctantly curling up in the bare hole she'd dug herself, she curled up tightly. Wrapping her stocky frame into a tight ball beginning to shiver as temperatures continued to plummet, more snow raining down from the heavens.
